  • You simply need to choose our laptop return or a monitor return kit from IT Return Kits based on which equipment you want to send or retrieve from an employee. Then, fill in the details on our device return form which includes the Name, Address, phone number and E-mail of the Employee (where we ship the empty laptop return or monitor return kit) and Your details (where you want to get it returned with the equipment returned by your employee).

    We will send the return kit with all the required packing materials to get the devices safely back to you without any hassle!

  • If you want to send a laptop or a monitor to your employee - choose the kit from our IT Return Kits. Select “Send a device from the company to the user“ from the drop-down. Then, fill in the details on our device return form which includes the Name, Address and E-mail of the Employee (where we ship the return kit) and Yours (where you want to get it returned).

    Please remember the laptop or monitor should only be packed in our kits as it will not fit in if the device is already in its original packing. If that’s the case please Contact us so we can deliver you with a more suitable & larger packing.

  • Your employee should drop off the kit at any nearest UPS or DHL-authorised service points. We always provide this information both in e-mail and in our step-by-step guide added to the kit.

  • Our Strong, Secure and Environment-friendly electronic equipment return kits include Packaging Materials, Self Adhesive Return Labels (so that your employee doesn’t have to print anything), Lithium-Ion Battery stickers and step-by-step instructions helpful for safe packing. Additionally, we will send tracking details to both parties with timely reminders if your employee delays the shipping (No Spamming).

  • Our laptop kits can fit any laptop up to 17” and a charger with a cable or any other small accessory like a mouse in the charger compartment.

  • Our Monitor kit can fit a monitor or a tv between 23” - 34” with a base or a stand and cables. Please remember to disassemble the stand/ base from the display before packing.

  • Once you request the service. We will send an e-mail (provided by you on the checkout form) with the tracking details to both parties within 1-3 business days with timely shipping & return status updates.

  • In Portugal, We take 1-3 business days to ship the box at the provided shipping address and another 6 business days approx. to arrive at the destination address. As soon as your employee sends the kit back the sooner you get it.

    Please note that these estimated shipping and delivery days can be more if the company or an employee is outside Portugal but within the EU.

  • We don’t repair laptops ourselves but we can help in arranging a pick-up, getting the laptops repaired and sending them back to you. This applies to both Window Laptops and Apple Macbooks.

    For example, if you are an Apple MacBook user, we can arrange a pickup using our return kits and deliver it to the Apple Authorized Service Provider in Portugal, get it repaired and ship it back to the destination address.

  • Yes! Shipping costs are included in our service both ways in Portugal. That means when we ship the kit and when the user sends its back.

    For countries outside Portugal but within European Union (EU), the costs will be different. Please Contact us for an estimate.

  • Our valued clients can now store their company-owned laptops, monitors, TVs, printers, office furniture etc in our warehouse.

    Enterprises also have the option to send equipment within the European Union (EU) countries from the stock stored in our warehouse to the employee or get the devices retrieved and restock in our warehouse.

    We can also help in wiping the data stored in the laptops and reinstalling the OS (Windows/ Mac / Linux) if requested.

  • We mainly support the countries inside the European Union (EU) while we are working on expanding it Worldwide.

    However, pricing will be different if the returns are required out of Portugal or other countries inside the EU or in the UK.

    To open the business account, we require you to purchase a minimum of 30 return kits that will be added to your account and you can use them whenever you want with the below pricing inside EU:

    • 30 Laptop kits: €230 per return (includes two-way shipping anywhere inside the EU)

    • 60 Laptop kits: €215 per return (includes two-way shipping anywhere inside the EU)

    • 100 Laptop kits or more: €195 per return (includes two-way shipping anywhere inside the EU)

    We charge a flat rate shipping with the above rates anywhere inside the EU at no additional cost. Shipping outside the EU requires a custom solution and costs may vary. Please get in touch with us for a customized solution to fulfil your business requirements.

  • We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, American Express (AMEX), MasterCard and Apple pay.
